Meditation - A Short History
Sahaja
Meditation was developed in 1970 by Nirmala Srivastava. She
developed a simple technique that anyone could use to experience
the state of meditation in just a few minutes. It had to work
fast, because in the U.S. most of us live very busy lives.
Mrs.
Srivastava passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2011. She
was known throughout the world as “Shri
Mataji,”
which means “Mother.”
